The Quality Assurance Department of the ISEC NAS RA is looking for a competent, responsible, specialist with organizational skills for the vacant position of the leading specialist in the Quality Assurance Department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Form and develop forms of questionnaires required for current monitoring, in coordination with the Head of the Department.
2. Conduct student satisfaction surveys from educational programs, course instructor and level of organization of the learning process.
3. Conduct an annual collection of institutional capacity data (questionnaires).
4. Conduct annual surveys of graduate satisfaction levels, summarize and analyze the results. Provide a report on the evaluation results.
5. If necessary, conduct an analysis of opinions, suggestions of stakeholders, internal (students, lecturers and administrative staff) and external (applicants, graduates, employers, state and society).
6. Perform other tasks of the Supervisor, which are derived from the objectives and issues of the Quality Assurance Department
7. Actively participate in the activities carried out by the Quality Assurance Department of ISEC

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Higher Education in Sociology or Related Specialties (may also be a Masters last year student)
2. Knowledge of quality assurance standards and guidelines
3. Computer Skills (SPSS, MS Office, Internet)

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Ability to work as a part of team
3. Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English
