CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR FOREIGN APPLICANTS AND DIASPORA
ARMENIANS (2021-2022 academic year)


Foreign citizens, Diaspora Armenian and foreign applicants must submit their documents online to the Ministry of Education and Science within the following timeframe:

  • for admission to full-time master’s educational program with tuition fee

            from July 5 to October 8 incl., 2021

  • for admission to part-time bachelor’s and master’s educational program with tuition fee

            from July 5 to October 15 incl., 2021

  • for admission to post graduate educational program with tuition fee (PhD)

            from July 5 to December 1 incl., 2021

 

The documents can be presented to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the RA online:

  • directly by the applicant or an authorized person,
  • by the higher educational institution,
  • through diplomatic representatives of the RA in foreign countries.

 

The applicants must present the following documents:

  1. Filled-in application; 
  2. Filled-in application-questionnaire; 
  3. Medical reference about general health status (can be provided by the medical institutions of the Republic of Armenia);
  4. Copy of the passport;
  5. For Diaspora Armenians, a copy of birth certificate or a copy of baptism certificate verified by a notary;
  6. Copy of the graduation certificate with the grades, translated and verified by the Notary. In case of specific countries, international validation (Apostille) may be needed.
  7. 1 photo (size 3x4)
  8. CV in Armenian, Russian, or English
  9. For post graduate education program, an essay on the chosen major topic in Armenian, Russian, or English (approx. 20 pages).


The above-mentioned documents (paragraphs 1-9) must be submitted online to the email address of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia:

When testing knowledge, applicants are required to submit the above-mentioned documents (paragraphs 1-9) to the Department of Foreign Relations and Diaspora of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia or to the educational institution.


Given the situation of the epidemic caused by the new type of coronavirus (COVID-19), the schedule for testing the knowledge of foreign citizens and applicants from the Armenian Diaspora may change.
