Training on "Application of PDCA Model in Education Management"

On March 13, a training session on "Application of Deming's Concepts of Quality (PDCA) in Education Management" was held on the initiative of Narine Vardanyan, the Head of the Quality Assurance Department of the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA. Attendees included responsible persons of ISEC education quality assurance, members of administration, heads of different departments, as well as chairmen and other members of the Student Scientific Society and the Student Council.

The training was aimed to support the participants in applying effective organizational management through all ISEC processes in accordance with the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model.

The meeting was led by Narine Vardanyan, who underlined the significance of maintaining the principle of PDCA cycle management at the center of all the units' operations in order to fulfill the ISEC’s mission, accomplish its strategic objectives, and boost management efficiency. She also mentioned that the primary evaluation mechanisms, the types and procedures required for each stage of PDCA cycle are regulated, routinely reviewed, and improved in the Center.

Following the meeting, an interactive question-and-answer session was held, during which all the participants' concerns were discussed, and Narine Vardanyan pledged to assist the heads of departments in enhancing the efficiency of the PDCA cycle's management and assessment.
