International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA Expands Partnership

ISEC Department of Public Relations and Career initiated another perspective cooperation, this time with Yerevan State University, Ijevan Branch.

Proceeding from the need to ensure inter-university cooperation, the exchange of best practices and the full use of the scientific, technical and human resource capacities of the parties, ISEC NAS RA Director,A. Sargsyan and  YSU  Ijevan Branch Acting Director A. Makaryan signed a cooperation agreement which aims at building on successful collaboration between the two Universities.

It is worth mentioning that before the signing of the memorandum, there has been a record of close cooperation between the parties in the context of the organization of non-formal education, which was actually the impetus for signing the current memorandum. The memorandum intends to deepen the partnership between the parties in the fields of education and research and to implement cooperation programs in the following main directions:

• Providing information about educational programs implemented in ISEC  and YSU Ijevan Branch, discussing and organizing activities focused on the implementation of joint or double degree educational programs

• Providing an external expert evaluation on study programs developed in ISEC and YSU Ijevan Branch
• Joint development of educational programs and/or individual courses, providing opportunities for learners to receive education through distance learning
• Organizing professional trainings for students and lecturers, master classes, round tables and thematic debates 
• Mutual organization of research, scientific-pedagogical, educational, production internships for students of both parties
• Mutual supervision of students' Master thesis and reviewing  
• Implementation of joint educational and scientific grant programs
• Participation in educational, scientific, cultural programs and events implemented by the parties
