The "Hayrate" employers' Award Ceremony Took Place

On December 10, the Holiday Inn Hotel hosted the "HayRate" Employee Rating Program Award Ceremony, organized by the HR Association, “Grand Tronton”. The list of the best employers was made by the students of RA universities, who had the opportunity to evaluate and express their opinion about the companies operating in different spheres in Armenia for a month. About 2000 students took part in the general survey. The students of the International Scientific-Educational Center of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia had the opportunity to evaluate the most attractive employers. As an attractive employer, the students mentioned the names of more than 200 organizations, from which they were singled out during the ceremony.The names of the 10 who received the most votes in the poll were announced during the awards ceremony. The data of ISEC students according to professions, courses, as well as the contact data were collected, completed by the ISEC's public relations and career department and  transferred to the HR Association.

Representatives of different companies, universities, HR specialists were present at the award ceremony. Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the ISEC NAS RA Y. Zargaryan and the Head of Public Relations and Career Department A. Shahazizyan were invited to participate in the event. They welcome the initiative, emphasizing that it provides an opportunity to discover the success and purposefulness of employers' programs and strategies among students.
