The speaker presented the main issues encountered in companies: time management, interpersonal relations, long-term planning, and corporate culture.
As a result of the discussion, it shows that coaching in business can increase profits by an average of 46%. Coaching helps to see the big picture of business, gives open feedback on the business's strengths and weaknesses, helps to identify business opportunities and problems, separate personal and business life, to set goals and reach them, build self-confidence.
As a result of this meeting, Anna Baroyan will conduct follow-up sessions with the economics department's faculty in March and with the students in April.
