Master students’ practicum at “The Alexander, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan 5”

On April 18, 2019 first-year Master students of "Tourism Management" of the ISEC NAS RA with the support of Head of the Public Relations Department, A. Shahazizyan and accompanied by  Associate Professor Z.G. Hayryan, visited the "Alexander the Great, Yerevan Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan 5 *" hotel for conducting a practical lecture on "Organization and Management of Hotel Services". At the hotel, students were introduced to the Marketing Department, the reception and accommodation service, hotel booking types, as well as listened to the lecture about hotel room standardization: " Presidential Suite ", "Appartements", "Suite" and "Luxe".

The master students also got acquainted with the restaurant's menu, branded dishes and service.
