Practical Lecture at "Royal Yerevan" Hotel

The second-year Master students of the department «Tourism Management» of the International Scientific-Educational Center of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia together with Associate Professor delivering lectures in “Hotel Industry” Zaruhi Hayryan visited “Royal Yerevan» hotel on March 17, 2016 for the purpose of carrying out a lesson.
The Master students got acquainted with reception, accommodation and booking services of the hotel, as well as with the activities of the department called “Marketing”. The students also visited the hotel rooms, such as: “Presidential Suite”, “Appartment Suite”, “Suite” and “Luxury” rooms, where they attended lectures on “Standardization of Hotel Rooms”.
During the visit to “Royal Yerevan” hotel the staff introduced the activities of “Renko” corporation to the students. «Royal Yerevan» hotel entered into “Renko” hotel network in 1992.
In the end the Master students visited the hotel restaurant getting acquainted with its menu, specialties and services, as well.
The lesson at «Royal Yerevan» hotel strengthened the knowledge of our Master students considerably, especially in the field of hotel services.
