A five-day course titled "Post-war Armenia" was launched on March 22 at the International Scientific-Educational Center of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, stressing the importance of education and science in finding solutions to the country's post-war situation. "Opportunities and Challenges" . The speaker of the first meeting was the lecturer of the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia , political scientist Suren Petrosyan, who presented the topic entitled "Elite as a guarantor of a strategic future." The audience was given the opportunity to ask the speaker questions. The audience was wowed by the subject, which was both timely and concerning.
Due to the pandemic, all anti-epidemic laws were followed during the preparation.
