Online Meeting of AFISHE Coordination Team with EACEA Project Officer

The online meeting between the Project Coordination Team of "Development of Aquaculture and Fisheries Education for Green Deal in Armenia and Ukraine: FROM EDUCATION TO ECOLOGY" (AFISHE) Erasmus+ CBHE Program and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) Project Officer Emanuel Gerth was held on 13 February 2023. The meeting was attended by the national coordinators of the project from partner universities in Armenia, Ukraine and Europe, as well as Programme Coordinators of Erasmus + National Offices in Armenia and Ukraine, Lana Karlova and Svitlana Shytikova.
Reminder: "Development of Aquaculture and Fisheries Education for Green Deal in Armenia and Ukraine: FROM EDUCATION TO ECOLOGY" (AFISHE) project coordinator is Armenian National Agrarian University (ANAU), RA partners are International-Scientific Educational Center of NAS RA and Scientific Center of Zoology and Hydroecology of NAS RA, and the European partners are the University of Dubrovnik (Croatia), University of Porto (Portugal), Slovak Agricultural University in Nitra, and two Ukrainian partners: Sumy National Agrarian University and National University of Water and Environmental Engineering.
The purpose of the meeting was to present the current stage of the project, as well as to discuss in details the upcoming actions envisaged in the program.
The meeting participants had an effective discussion on identifying existing problems and providing urgent solutions to them, in particular, the procedures of lump sum payment and submission of documents on the FTOP were touched upon. The participants raised a number of important issues regarding the presentation of financial reports of the project, approval of their formats, implementation of amendments and supplements to the contract, coverage and communication formats during the project, as well as priority issues such as budget proportions, the procedure for purchasing equipment, collecting the necessary information to supplement the report formats, deadlines for actions and lump-sum payments were clarified.
