February 20, 2025

On February 18, 2025, a meeting of course captains was held in the hall of the International Scientific-Educational Center of the NAS RA, convened by the Dean of the ISEC Atom Mkhitaryan in cooperation with the Department of Public Relations and Career of the ISEC and the Student Council of the ISEC. The meeting was devoted to the nature and quality of the organizational work carried out with students in 2025, the mechanisms for their implementation and, in particular, the choice of an effective channel for informing students.

The goal was to activate and unite the student community, identify problems and attitudes in the master's program, as well as identify steps, what needs to be done in a career direction.

The meeting was held by Dean Atom Mkhitaryan in the format of team discussions offered to the students.

The teams voiced their expectations and their opinions on the issues put up for discussion, as well as shared ideas worthy of discussion.

All the ideas put forward by the students were recorded in order to conduct a working discussion in their direction and find solutions.

Heghine Melkonyan, Head of the Department of Public Relations and Career, also spoke, presenting several steps developed by the Department in the direction of students' careers, trying to clarify the students' reactions to them.

The meeting was also attended by the head of the Department of Quality Assurance of the ISEC, Narine Vardanyan, who, having noted the opinions and ideas expressed by the students, prepared them for some events that her department should hold among the students in the near future.

The meeting ended with a speech by Liana Gyurjyan, Chairman of the Student Council of ISEC. She introduced the participants to the recent events held by the Student Council, reminded them of the goals of the Student Council, and also informed them about the planned events, urging the course captains to ensure the active participation of their course mates in them.

The meeting was successful, as the organizers and participants effectively realized the opportunity to communicate with each other, clarifying expectations from each other, attitudes towards each other regarding ideas and projects, and a channel for effective work with each other.
