The Scientific Council of the ISEC of the NAS RA Summed up the Results of Work in 2024

On December 5 of this year, under the chairmanship of the Director of the International Scientific and Educational Center of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sargsyan, a meeting of the Scientific Council of the ISEC was held, the agenda of which was to discuss the annual reports of the Deputy directors of the Center and heads of all departments. The members of the Scientific Council of the ISEC, including students, heads of all departments and some employees, were present. The meeting was held in a hybrid format.

In his opening remarks, Director A. Sargsyan noted that from year to year the Center records growing indicators of effective work, emphasizing the importance of the contribution of employees of all departments. Then the heads of departments comprehensively presented the work done, noting the important results.

Among the number of successes achieved, the internationalization process of the ISEC was touched upon, which demonstrated active growth both in terms of partner organizations and in terms of international mobility.

The presentations were accompanied by discussions and suggestions. It was instructed to submit proposals in writing to the Scientific Council for consideration separately and, if necessary, to include them in development plans for 2025.

In general, it was recorded that all departments of the ISEC worked in accordance with approved annual plans and regulations, recording indicators of progress compared to previous years.

According to the reports of the deputy directors, significant progress has been recorded in both research and educational activities of the Center.

All submitted reports were unanimously approved by the members of the Scientific Council of the ISEC.
