A Memorandum of Cooperation between ISEC and "City" LLC

Օn April 13, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA and "City" LLC, underlining the importance of partnership and cooperation in the process of educating students, making better vocational qualifications and applying learning to practice.

During the meeting, the parties discussed different forms of effective organization of educational and research practice of ISEC Master’s students, as well as the possibilities of providing scholarships to the best students.

Armen Sargsyan, Director of ISEC NAS RA, emphasized in his speech that the close relationship between education, science and production is a priority for the Center, and in this respect, the launch of a new cooperation creates wide opportunities for students. "This cooperation will enable students to acquire knowledge, skills and abilities that meet labor market requirements. Due to the favorable conditions of access to different working environments and learning, students will be able to develop their skills under real working conditions, participate in production and service delivery processes, and become familiar with current labor market challenges", noted A. Sargsyan.

Anna Grigoryan, the Head of the Human Resources Management Department of the "City", thanked for the willingness to cooperate, noting that the company is open to cooperation and the transfer of their advanced experience to students, as well as to include the best students in their team.

Yerdjanik Zargaryan, the Deputy Director on Educational Affairs of ISEC, by emphasizing the role of cooperative education in the context of work-based learning, noted that such form of cooperation could provide students with the necessary skills to successfully find a job and develop a professional career. In addition, work-based learning allows educational institutions to implement their educational programs in line with labor market requirements and take them into account while developing, teaching and evaluating educational programs.

Lilit Adamyan, Head of the Public Relations and Career Department of ISEC, emphasized that this cooperation created an effective platform for the flexible and targeted response of the educational institution to the needs of the business environment, combining the recruitment process with educational programs and expanding the opportunities of incoming students.
