Susanna Mamikonyan is a Master’s degree graduate student of the "Management" Department of the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA.
Susanna is a music teacher in her early profession, graduated from the State Musical College after R. Melikyan, then the Armenian State Pedagogical University named after. Kh. Abovyan, however, over time she decides to try her skills and abilities in other fields as well, and that very decision brings her to get a Master's degree in the Department of Management of the Center.
"Management is a new and interesting profession for me. The choice of my master's thesis was important, since I have been working in educational institutions for quite a long time, first in a preschool, then in a general school, and that is why I chose the topic from that field entitled: "Main problems of education management in the Republic of Armenia". The goal of my master's thesis was to identify the results of solving and developing the main problems, which will contribute to raising the value of education and knowledge and increasing the ranking of Armenia in the international scientific community, while accepting the existing challenges. The master's thesis made it possible to study the education system, the main issues of education management and development prospects in RA more deeply," says Susanna.
"There are wonderful lecturers in ISEC who are endowed with both professional and human qualities, from whom I have learned a lot. I am very impressed with the activities and scientific campaigns organized at the Center, which are aimed at the comprehensive development of students. I would also like to express a special gratitude to my scientific supervisor, Atom Mkhitaryan, whose efforts are evident in the field of education", notes Susanna.
Susanna is sure that to be successful, one must approach work with great responsibility, not sit still and constantly learn new skills.
As an ISEC postgraduate student, Susanna advises all the Master’s students of ISEC to be more diligent, to devote more time to self-education and to take an active part in various courses and events organized for students at the Center.
