The eLearning Stakeholders and Researchers Summit (eSTARS 2020) is a platform for discussing current issues facing universities. For the third time in a row, the conference "gathers under one roof" researchers, experts and specialists in the field of education. The conference is organized by the Higher School of Economics of the Russian National Research University, which cooperates with the "Coursera" educational platform.
On December 2, at the third international conference eSTARS 2020, Deputy Head of the Department of Economics and Administration Nana Manukyan and Head of Foreign Affairs Department, Arusyak Harutyunyan made a presentation from the Republic of Armenia for the first time(The topic of presentation was "Prospects for the Development of Distance Education at the International Scientific-Educational Center of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia").
