Distance Education - Successful Project

From 11 to 13 March the Center for Education Projects PIU organized a conference to cover the progress of 'Education Quality and Relevance' second loaning program and the launch of 'Education Improvement' program.
Starting from 2015 'Education Improvement' program will be implemented in Armenia with the support of the World Bank, which aims to support the higher educational institutions to ensure education quality and relevance. The duration of the new program is five years and its funding is US $37.500 millions.
Arusyak Harutyunyan, Head of Foreign Affairs of ISEC NAS RA and Project Manager of Distance Learning Project at ISEC NAS RA presented the implementation of distance education project, obtained results and achievements, as well as public response.
