Armenian Representatives at First International Conference on Food Safety
February 18, 2019On 12-13 February 2019, First International Conference on Food Safety of FAO/WHO/AU was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with the participation of over 720 delegates having arrived all over the world. The representatives of the Republic of Armenia were Georgi Avetisyan, Head of State Service for Food Safety and Davit Pipoyan, Dr. in Foord Science, ISEC lecturer, Head of Informational and Analytical Center for Risk Assessment of Food Chain at CENS. One of the panels of First International Conference on Food Safety was related to science, innovation and digitisation issues of food safety. After each session interactive discussions were organized, where the members of the Armenian delegation tabled constructive proposals.
