One-day exclusive lecture

Chair of Linguistics, Public Relations and Career Department and Student Scientific Society of the ISEC NAS RA organize a one-day open lecture titled "Research Methods", as an addition it will also address the most commonly used official texts. The training will be held on July 11, at 5:30 pm, on 2^nd floor, room 2.1 of the ISEC NAS RA.

The ones who want to get acquainted with the principles of research work, drafting official workflow texts, their criteria and features, this lecture is for them. The course is designed for students of all specialties who wish to engage in scientific or creative work, preparing to submit a thesis or master's work, going to work in government institutions, etc.

The lecture will be delivered by the lecturer of Chair of Linguistics Mery Sargsyan, PhD in Philological Sciences, on the following topics:

1. Types of texts and their features
2. Texts of office work. (application, autobiography, CV, official letter)
3. Features and criteria of research texts.
4. Scientific style: content and language specifications.
5. Structure and features of research work.
6. The structure of the constituent scientific texts
