Delegation from ISEC Attending Veliko Tarnovo University's International Staff Week

In the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo in Bulgaria hosted the fourth International Staff Week "Partnerships for Future Cooperation" from November 13–17. The delegation from the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA, led by Director Armen Sargsyan, participated in the event. The ISEC delegation included Deputy Director on Educational Affairs Yerdjanik Zargaryan, Scientific Secretary Mary Sargsyan, Head of Foreign Affairs Department Arusyak Harutyunyan and lecturer of the Department of Economics and Management Narine Manukyan.
More than 55 participants took part in the International Staff Week, including educators and administrative personnel of universities from Romania, Turkey, Poland, Lithuania, Portugal, Czech Republic, Estonia, Slovakia, as well as partners of universities from non-EU countries - Kosovo, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova.
The International Staff Week was dedicated to the successful partnership projects of the University of Veliko Tarnovo, carried out in collaboration with the international partnership under the Erasmus+ program.
The event attendees gave presentations about their universities and exchanged experiences with implementing Erasmus+ programs. They also discussed the opportunities for joint educational programs, shared best practices and prospects for teacher, student, and staff mobility programs between partner universities.
The administration members from ISEC met separately with specialized departments during International Staff Week to talk about possibilities for expanding existing areas of cooperation and forging new ones that would require highly specialized cooperation.
