On German PhD Education System
April 22, 2015
On 22 April the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA hosted Dr. Wolfgang Harmgardt, Vice–Rector of Public Administration Academy of RA, who spoke about the PhD procedures in Germany and the freedom of German universities.
