Staff.am Organization’s Training Took Place

On December 17, Staff.am, represented by Alina Gevorgyan, Head of the Customer Service Department, conducted an introductory training at the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA (ISEC).

The meeting focused on the following topics: “Challenges of the Labor Market: Keys to Finding a Desired Job.”

The event was initiated and organized by the ISEC Public Relations and Career Services Department, headed by Heghine Melkonyan.

The training was held in a hybrid format (on-site and online) and was attended by ISEC students, graduates from different years, and members of the administrative staff.

The speaker enthusiastically presented the wide range of opportunities offered by the staff.am platform, outlined the general characteristics of the modern labor market, and shared several practical tips on how to make job search efforts more effective. Special attention was paid to the key aspects of writing a competitive CV and a motivation letter.

An active Q&A session followed. The participants discussed the possibilities of establishing long-term cooperation between ISEC and staff.am aimed at promoting the career development of ISEC students and graduates. The parties agreed to return to a more detailed discussion of these opportunities in the near future.

According to the participating students and graduates, the training was highly necessary and useful.
