DISCUSSION ON ISEC NAS RA IMPROVEMENT PLAN

Through joint efforts of the ISEC NAS RA Quality Assurance Department and the Department for Education on March 22, 2017 an enlarged meeting was held with the participation of the Heads of Departments and Heads of sectors. The agenda included 9 issues. 
The main topic of the meeting was the presentation and discussion of the ISEC NAS RA improvements plan.
Head of the ISEC NAS RA Quality Assurance (QA) Department, Candidate of Philological Sciences Narine Vardanyan presented the detailed improvements plan, action plans and tasks for 2017 according to criteria and the responsible persons, as well. The issue of appointing QA responsible persons in departments was the next topic for discussion. It was decided that during the next meeting each of the departments should discuss the availability of the QA responsible person and present his/her details to the ISEC NAS RA Quality Assurance Department. The latter, in its turn, should organize meetings with QA responsible persons of departments, and then hold trainings for QA responsible persons for the purpose of organizing the QA process more effectively in ISEC departments and make it accessible to as many stakeholders as it’s possible.
