July 3, 2024

Kristina is one of this year's MA graduates of the "Business Administration" program at ISEC NAS RA. We spoke with Kristina about her education, work, and other topics.

-Why did you pursue your master’s studies in Business Administration at ISEC NAS RA?

My choice was not accidental, as I was already familiar with the field and had a bachelor's degree in management. I wanted to further strengthen my knowledge and become a well-established specialist in the field, so I decided to pursue a master's degree as well. The Business Administration program at ISEC NAS RA, with its entire faculty, helped me stand even more firmly today and advance with the knowledge I gained.

-How would you describe your student years at ISEC NAS RA

They were long and intense, filled with knowledge, interests, friends, and professional growth, but they flew by in an instant. It is inspiring when you see specialists around you who try to guide you in the right direction and envision you at great heights. Today, I realize that one of the best decisions I made in my life was to obtain my master’s degree right at ISEC NAS RA.

-What is the topic of your master's thesis, and what research are you conducting within its framework?

The topic of my master's thesis is "New Business Management Models and Their Localization Challenges in Armenia," which is very relevant because we are in a phase of development. Organizations need to be able and strive apply new business management models to achieve a high level of economic development. Within the framework of my thesis, we conducted an in-depth study and analysis of selected organizations to determine whether new models are being applied and how much they contribute to positive dynamics for the organizations.

-Where are you currently working, and is your knowledge applicable in your work?

I am currently working at "Superbot LLC" as a Data Analyst. Undoubtedly, the knowledge I gained at ISEC NAS RA, enables me to work effectively and in a timely manner.

-Do you believe that hard work always pays off?

Hard work is key to success. If there is a goal that is never easily achieved, you need to work hard to reap the benefits of your labor. Success is a victory, and as someone who considers themselves successful, I advise striving for success in life and not associating it only with financial gains. Try to be a successful person by being a happy one, as I believe success and happiness are synonymous.
