Monitoring of the Activities Planned in the Improvement Plan at the ISEC

On 27th March, 2025, a meeting of the Permanent Quality Assurance Commission under the Scientific Council of the ISEC NAS RA was held to monitor the progress of the activities planned in the Center's improvement plan. The goal was to identify and address shortcomings within the established deadlines, as well as to document and formalize the completed work package.
The meeting was attended by the Director of the ISEC NAS RA, Armen Sargsyan, members of the Permanent Quality Assurance Committee, and heads of the Center’s departments.
The meeting was opened by the director, who emphasized the importance of the invited meeting in his speech and welcomed the consistency of the Education Quality Assurance Department of ISEC in tracking the progress of activities outlined in the Improvement Plan, as well as ensuring the department's methodological support in case of problems. The director also noted the readiness of the invited staff to actively participate in the Center's improvement process within the departments they lead.
The meeting was conducted by the head of the ISEC’s Education Quality Assurance Department and the chairman of the Permanent Quality Assurance Commission, Narine Vardanyan, who, based on the points of the Improvement Plan, outlined the current status of the planned activities and the next steps. The responsible employees reported on the progress of the activities and the actions to be taken.
The meeting was productive and concluded with a summary of the next steps and the appointment of the relevant responsible individuals.
