Master’s Diplomas Awarded to Graduates of the Educational Programs in Education Management, General and Armenian Linguistics

On September 11, 2025, a solemn diploma awarding ceremony took place in the hall of the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA (ISEC NAS RA).

Congratulatory speeches were delivered by the Director of ISEC NAS RA Armen Sargsyan, Dean Atom Mkhitaryan, and the heads of the respective departments.

Addressing the graduates, the Director particularly noted: “Be assured that the education you have received is in great demand in our Republic, as language is the foundation of our identity, and education management is the tool that contributes to the development of our society.” He then added: “This is not only your personal achievement but also a contribution to the further development of our state.”

The Director reminded that ISEC is part of our country’s scientific hub — the NAS RA, and urged the graduates to always uphold the names of NAS RA and ISEC by spreading the high academic values passed on to them.

In his address, Dean Atom Mkhitaryan particularly emphasized: “Dear graduates, the Center has given you knowledge, skills, and friends, and today it sends you off to new heights. Remember: the knowledge you have gained is a tremendous power, but an even greater power lies in using it to serve society and our Homeland.”

The heads of the graduates’ departments also delivered their messages — Head of the Department of Linguistics Meri Sargsyan and Head of the Department of Pedagogy Hayk Petrosyan.

M. Sargsyan addressed the graduates first as the Scientific Secretary of ISEC, and then extended her congratulations to the graduates of her department. She expressed hope that the diplomas, deservedly awarded, would serve their purpose by opening new horizons for the graduates. She wished them to always remain impartial, honest, devoted to Armenian values, creative, and innovative in their professional paths.

H. Petrosyan wished the graduates to follow the path of a creative person filled with many successes. He expressed confidence that the knowledge gained in the field of education management would be applicable not only in education but also in various other areas of management.

The graduates themselves also spoke, expressing gratitude to their lecturers and the administration of the Center for the rich knowledge they had acquired, the human attitude, and the favorable environment.
