Erasmus+ Lecture on Geology

On June 10, 2025, within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, Professor T. Danielyan of the University of Lille, France, gave lectures in the hall of the Institute of Geological Sciences of the NAS RA. The meeting was opened by Lilit Sargsyan, Head of the Department of Geology of the ISEC NAS RA, handing the microphone to the invited lecturer.
The topics of the lectures were:
1. Paleoclimatology: modern perception, study subjects, tools and methodologies,
2. Geological heritage and geological preservation: potential for application in Armenia.
The lecturers of the Department of Geology of the ISEC NAS RA, graduate students, employees of the Institute of Geological Sciences and guests interested in the topics were present.
The lectures were very rich in useful and up-to-date professional information, which resulted in an active question-and-answer session.
The outcome of the meeting was satisfactory for both the audience and the invited lecturer.
