Meeting with Professor Nicolo Merendino, Head of Molecular Nutrition Lab

Within the framework of the official visit of the administrative staff of the ISEC NAS RA to the Tuscia University, Atom Mkhitaryan, academic secretary, held a separate meeting with the Professor of Nutrition Sciences, Nicolo Mardendino, Head of the Molecular Nutrition Laboratory.
They held discussions about the principles of post graduate education in Armenia and in Italy, issues of comparability of Armenian and postgraduate study and research plans for Italian doctoral studies, requirements for academic supervisers, as well as the potential areas of joint research. During the meeting, they spoke about the dissertation for the first scientific degree and the requirements for scientific articles. Interestingly enough, after obtaining a doctorate degree in Italy, they widely use habilitation practice, which allows the specialist to teach at the university.
