Let’s Look at the Stars not with Unaided Eyes and Romantic Mind, but Armed with Scientific Thought and Eyes

On March 24-25 the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA and the RA NAS Astrophysical Observatory named after V. Hambardzumyan are organizing a two-day visit to Byurakan Observatory, where the participants will have the opportunity to visit V. Hambardzumyan’s house – museum and office, the 2.6 meter telescope control room and stay in the observatory hotel. At leisure time interesting intellectual and entertaining games will be organized, and in the evening - a nighttime walk, the night sky orientation with constellations and night views through small telescopes.
On the second day exciting excursions to Amberd, Ohanavank, Saghmosavank and the Letter Park will be organized. After dinner in the hotel the participants will return to Yerevan. The cost of the two-day excursion is 16,000 AMD per person, including transportation, hotel, food, excursions, museum and telescope tickets. Places are limited.
