Discussions on the project draft improvement plan for 2022-2027

At the initiative of the Quality Assurance Department of ISEC of the NAS RA, the Center's management continues online and face-to-face discussions on the project draft improvement plan for 2022-2027. Head of the QA Department Narine Vardanyan presented in detail all the actions envisaged by the improvement plan.
Work planning is based on state priorities, current labor market requirements, and documented analysis of NQF characteristics.
As the director of a research higher education institution, A. Sargsyan focuses on strengthening the research component, its connection to educational processes. A. Sargsyan stressed the importance of ensuring the continuity of events aimed at international cooperation, the frequent organization of training for the teaching staff, as well as the increase of the Center's visibility on local and international platforms.
To carry out the mission, to achieve strategic goals, as well as to increase the efficiency of management, it is planned to improve the principle of management through the PIEI cycle in all subdivisions of the Center.
The heads of all the subdivisions of the Center are actively involved in the discussions, each of them aligning the scope of its activities with the mission and goals of the strategic plan, clarifying the responsibilities of the subdivisions, developing mechanisms for evaluating and improving the results.
