Opportunity to Apply for "PROM" Short-Term Academic Exchange Program

Master’s students, PhD students, and academic staff of ISEC NAS RA have the opportunity to participate in the "PROM" short-term academic exchange program, funded by the National Agency for Academic Exchange of Poland (NAWA) and hosted by the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow (Poland).

The University of the National Education Commission in Krakow financially supports the mobility of the PROM program (travel expenses, accommodation, and other fees will be reimbursed on the site).

Information about the expenses

 Scholarship-funded outgoing and incoming mobilities will last from 5 to 30 days.

Doctoral candidates and academic staff are eligible to apply for incoming mobilities of 7 days.

Candidates interested in participating in the project will be asked to submit the required documents in scanned form to the following email addresses: ella.papikyan@isec.am and diana.khuzatyan@isec.am

• A completed and signed Application Form.
• Confirmation from the UKEN unit regarding the possibility of implementing the selected form of support, and in the case of:
• a conference / summer or winter school – proof of registration or an email confirmation from the organizer confirming acceptance of a conference presentation or admission to the school.
• For doctoral students – a short letter of recommendation from the supervisor, confirming the close connection between the planned activity and the doctoral dissertation being prepared.
• For participants with fewer opportunities, a document confirming a disability or other health-related, financial, educational, or social difficulties.
• A signed Information Clause.
