On October 26 an international conference will be held in Yerevan. Experts from 12 countries will participate

China-Eurasia Council for Political and Strategic Research, Institute of Oriental Studies of the NAS RA and the Department of Oriental Studies of the ISEC NAS RA are organizing "China-Eurasia" conference to be held in 2018. From 26 October to 27 October in National Academy of Sciences.
The conference is supported by the "Transport Programs Implementation Organization" SNCO and the "Diplomatic Foundation of Armenia".
Scientists from Great Britain, China, Finland, Portugal, Russia, Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Romania, AUA are participating in the conference.
The aim of the conference is to explore:
- Why and how does China deepen its role in the Eurasian continent,
- What goals does China pursue through the "One Belt, One Road" initiative on the Eurasian continent,
- What kind of political and economic developments are taking place from China to Western Eurasia and from the United States and Russia to Asia,
- Discuss the possibilities of being included in Armenia's "One Belt, One Road"
- The possibilities of improving the Armenian-Chinese relations in the present geopolitical situation.
The working languages of the sections of the conference are English and Russian.
