ASSISTANT JUDGE OF EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS FRANCESCO LUIGI GATTA IN ARMENIA WITHIN ERASMUS+

Within the Erasmus+ international credit mobility program, on June 13, 2023, Francesco Luigi Gatta, Professor of EU law at the University of Tuscia in Italy, researcher at the Catholic University of Louvain, PhD in Law, Assistant Judge of European Court of Human Rights, visited RA Chamber of Advocates.
Francesco Luigi Gatta met and had a private conversation with Simon Babayan, President of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia, Head of Jurisprudence Department of ISEC of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia.
Within the framework of the visit, Francesco Luigi Gatta met the Armenian lawyers of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia and the lecturers ISEC NAS RA, delivered a lecture about the procedures for applying to the ECHR and existing cases.
He answered all the questions of the Armenian colleagues, giving comprehensive answers. The discussion was held in English.
At the end of the meeting, the Armenian partners thanked Francesco Luigi Gatta for his visit to Armenia and this kind of productive meeting.
