Famous Employers of the RA Met with ISEC NAS RA Students

Realizing the role of education in the development of the republic's economy and that of in enhancing the competitiveness of employer-organizations, the necessity of strengthening the relations between educational institutions and labour market, the offer-demand compliance and the development of educational institution-employer cooperation, as well as the need for rapid integration of youth in the labor market, the "Alumni and Career Development" department of the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA within the frames of “Career Building Skills” organized a meeting with famous employers of the Republic of Armenia on December 8, 2017.
According to the head of the "Alumni and Career Development" department Aza Shahazizyan similar meetings are of great importance to secure the best professional education for students, as well as to replenish the staffing smithy of the republic in future. The 80 best students from different departments of the International Scientific-Educational Center presented career building skills, ethics norms while applying to employers, CV and motivation letter writing skills, whereas, 2 students selected by lot principle, were given the opportunity to shoot video CVs free of charge on behalf of "2minds" company.
At the final meeting with employers the professional labor market requirements and the list of required professions were discussed, the employers introduced their staffing policy, employment perspectives and proposals regarding their organizations. The ISEC NAS R, in the person of Director Albert Sargsyan, handed over letters of gratitude to the employers and signed cooperation agreements with some of them to further strengthen the ongoing relations between the institution and the employer. All the participants of the project were granted certificates.
