The economic research laboratory has been set up at the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA attached to the Department of Economics and Management.

Objectives of the laboratory are as follows:

• To support professional knowledge in the area of economics and management in the Republic of Armenia;
• To promote the professional quality of students and that of other individuals specializing in economics, management and related fields through trainings and internships;
• To carry out professional research related to economics and management, counseling activities;
• To organize professional and practical trainings and discussions in economics and management;

Laboratory tasks:

• Professional paid advisory services to public bodies, commercial and non-profit making organizations, private entrepreneurs, ISEC NAS RA students and the community in the area of economics, management and accounting;
• Organization of trainings for the purpose of developing professional skills of professionals specializing in economics and that of other interested individuals;
• Organization of professional research in various fields of economics and management;
• Establishment, strengthening and development of relations with educational, research and social structures of Armenia and abroad in the area of economics;
• Organization of professional workshops and discussions, publication of materials;
• Organization of additional courses for ISEC Master students and that of other higher educational institutions specializing in economics;
• Organization of professional internships for ISEC Master students and that of other higher educational institutions of the Ra of departments of Economics
