Scientific-Practical Conference at the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA

On November 16, 2016 a scientific-practical conference on "Family Psychology: Issues and Psychological Overcoming Mechanisms" took place in the Conference-Hall of the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA with the participation of Master students and the Faculty of the Department of Psychology, representatives of Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service Departments, the psychologists of the "Zhest" (Gesture) Psychological Service Center.
The Dean of the Chair of Psychology, Doctor of Psychology, Professor Naira Hakobyan welcomed the mutual cooperation activities having become a tradition, pointing out that as a result of this cooperation new Master’s theses are prepared, profound and comprehensive research regarding the issues is carried out, the results of which are invested in various areas of public life. Head of the “Zhest” Psychological Service Center, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology of the International Scientific-Educational Center Mariam Mehrabyan also spoke about the work done emphasizing the fact that many graduates of the Center immediately after receiving the Master’s Degree undertake professional work in various spheres.
There were also various reports, discussions and analysis at the conference related to the conference topic, a lot of questions and answers.
At the conclusion of the conference the representatives of the “Alimony Exaction and Divorce» department of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service of RA Ministry of Justice - Major Maya Ter-Harutyunyan and Captain Asya Hovsepyan expressed words of gratitude and appreciation on behalf of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service Administration of RA Ministry of Justice addressed to the ISEC administrative staff expressing hope for further professional cooperation.
